纳闷~~~中

刚刚看到Lomography要请，有一点冲动要把我的履历表寄出去。但突然间我的头脑里面浮现很多想法。

请什么人呢?

We are looking for a Lomography Representative in Singapore/Malaysia!

Location: Singapore/Malaysia

In this position you are responsible for the first class representation of Lomography, the optimization of the total turnover through Design-, Museums-, & Conceptstores and for locating the perfect spot for the first Lomography Gallery Store in Singapore/Malaysia.

And what does a representative do?

• Manage and set up the future local Lomography Operation in Singapore/Malaysia.
• Be the lomographic ambassador in Singapore/Malaysia and support the local community (community marketing).
• Be the direct connection between our regional office in Hong Kong and all regional key accounts.
• Get in contact with new local accounts.
• Work on local Marketing concepts together with the International Marketing Team in the Vienna Headquarters.
• Be the person to establish and manage the first Lomography Gallery Store in Singapore/Malaysia.

What’s the profile we are looking for?

• You have lived in Singapore/Malaysia for quite some time and you know how this city works?
• You know our products and you are in love with analogue photography?
• You would describe yourself as a very open minded, outgoing and communicative person?
• You have experience in setting up a business / events / projects?
• You are fluent in written and spoken English? Any other additional language is a big plus.
• You have many ideas of how to represent Lomography and how to communicate the brand to the world?
• You have a creative and business oriented mindset?
• You already gained some sales experience or have any other commercial background?

看到这则征聘通告之后。有了以下的想法...

1：

我是马来西亚人，但我却在新加坡生活。如果要应征的话改选哪一个呢？

要我回去马来西亚工作有点勉强，以一个非新加坡人的姿态代表新加坡又显得有点别扭。

2：

我真的能放弃现在这份算是高薪的工作投身一个位置的领域吗？

3：

Lomography对我来说是什么？一个兴趣？一份热情？我只投入这个嗜好不到半年？以我很多嗜好的生活来看。我不禁自问，这个嗜好能够强大到成为我的事业吗？

4：

以Lomography的要求，除了 experience in setting up business/event/project的经验贫乏外，其他都还算有自信，但是我想这个experience算是一个很重要的环节。

5：

很多未来的计划是基于现在这份工作，或者说我现在从事的这个行业规划的。如果我现在转换跑道，是否会对我的家人和女友造成压力？

6：

我到底要的是什么？
